Yes, Virtus supports CSV and Excel file imports. Go to Routes > Import and upload your file. We'll automatically geocode the addresses and add them to your route. You can also map custom columns to match your file format.
The Virtus Driver App is available on iOS (iPhone 8 and later, iOS 15+) and Android (Android 10+). It works on both phones and tablets. Drivers can download it from the App Store or Google Play Store using their team invite link.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing > Cancel Plan. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. All your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.
